Head of Strategic PartnershipsMahreen is Head of Strategic Partnerships at Orangewood Partners, advising on operational growth initiatives.
Prior to Orangewood, Mahreen co-founded and served as Managing Director of Saker Al Jazirah (SAJ) alongside HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud. SAJ was a Saudi Arabia–based investment and operating platform focused on sustainable and environmentally driven businesses, encompassing a private investment arm, operational companies within the Kingdom — including Holoul E-Waste Recycling, one of the premier e-waste recyclers in the MENA region — and an advisory practice supporting international companies entering the MENA market. In 2025, following a successful private placement, Mahreen exited SAJ. Prior to founding SAJ, Mahreen held strategy and business development roles at American Express and Alcoa, driving growth through global partnerships and M&A execution.
Mahreen holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
